Return Time
Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return Conditions
The goods must be kept in their original unopened state, with complete packaging and no obvious signs of use.
Please attach all accessories sent with the goods, such as the original invoice and warranty card, when returning the goods.
If there are gifts for the goods, they must also be returned when returning.
Return Process
Log in to your account, find the corresponding order and submit a return request.
Detail the reason for the return in the request.
After review, you will receive the return address and relevant instructions.
Pack the product properly and send it back to us according to the instructions.
Postage Cost
If the reason for the return is due to the quality of the product itself or our mistake (such as sending the wrong product), we will bear the postage incurred by the return.
If the reason for the return is not a quality issue ( the customer's personal reasons), the postage incurred by the return shall be borne by the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that the product status meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days.
The refund will be returned according to your original payment method
Notes
Once the returned product is sent, please keep the delivery receipt for subsequent inquiries.
Please sure to use a reliable courier service and consider purchasing sufficient insurance to prevent the product from being damaged or lost during transportation.
The condition of the returned product will directly affect the refund progress, so please sure that the product is intact.
